pls does anyone know what other way to check detailed progress of ones application without ordering gcms notes, emailing ralph or checking mycic online page ?

i ask this because ralph doesn't respond anymore, gcms takes 30 days and mycic page doesn't give detailed progress stages compared to ralph or gcms

1. Is it compulsory to use a credit card?
2. Would I still need to evaluate my WAEC certificate? My highest degree is MSC.
