Hallelujah! The issue in Immigration office is the fees collected not really the serenity of the environment.. Like in Festac Lagos and Abuja where I have Personally had experiences, if you don't have a special officer that handles your request on a special fee it's quite difficult to fix ur passports.. Hopefully I pray such changes |

Well, my brother lucky you . For Lagos state , it’s the other way round . Highest bidder and well connected gets fast track. Even after paying double the price to renew or get a new passport. Population I understand is an issue but at the same time every situation and circumstances has its preculiar way or manner to be handled . But I know corruption and money hawking won’t allow this to happen . The higher the demand the more the money u have to pay to secure your fast track . Naija I hail . Change for a better we demand |

Sirjamo:I agree with you 100% NE are enjoying 23 hours of electricity some LG like Biu LGA have been enjoying it since last 3 years. In terms of security challenges only the Northern Borno bordering Chad and in Yobe state Yusufari bordering Niger Republic that are facing BH challenges. There is serenity in other part of the state. |

The experience you have is the same experience I had at Ikoyi passport office during GEJ's time. The officers there were courteous and gave us lectures in the morning about how to care for our passports etc. Even though the traffic at Ikoyi was high, they managed logistics properly and it is rubbing off on other Immigration offices thanks to GEJ's transformation. |

abc115:That's a lie, you need an accredited number which an accredited agent can provide for Incorporation except for business name registration. Stop lying. |

Many are very disappointed with this briefing. What they are expected to read is bad news, it makes them so much happy. They know themselves. Shame on them. |

I did my renewal when this Office was newly opened about 3 years ago, and it has been like this since they started operation. This could pass for the only thing i am proud of about Immigration. |

Emmahunk:It has been like this since Nigeria started using e-passport. I got my first passport in 2014 or thereabouts and the experience wasn't much different from what you experienced recently. Even Driver's License renewal has taken same route, except for the fact that most locations don't have the License printing machine and has to wait for it to be printed in Abuja and then delivered to you through their FRSC Office. So, we that don't live in Lagos, but live in other states often times enjoy great services from Federal agencies and Parastatals due to the obvious fact that patronage is low because of population and the type of economic activities going on in those states. |

What you obviously don't know is that you're charged 30k or more to renew your passport when the official rate is 17k plus. Have you bothered to ask where the excess money goes? Your guess is as good as mine. If you know, you know. This is Nigeria, everybody is a criminal. |

Sirjamo:but over here in benin city edo state the city of benin is in total darkness. Everybody in the city lock up their stalls and stay indoors b4 seven oclock in the evenin cos seven oclock is the time armed robbers and ritualists operate. Ppl are scared in using public transports cos of fear of one chance and kidnappers. 8 oclock at night the whole city is a ghost town and the city is buried in darkness. Wow change is wonderful.the govt is working. |
