Yul Edoiche was spotted with the chairman of the occasion, with Her Excellency Iyom Bianca Ojukwu, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike (Ijele Ndi Igbo 2) ACP Chioma Ajunwa, Nkiru Sylvanus and many other dignitaries.
