Oh I wasnt aware it has been discussed.
But if you do not mind,
Are you saying for those who work full time and school part-time These guys would have gotten a degree already otherwise how did they qualify to work full time? If you have a bsc, working and currently doing masters, you qualified for that job when you got your bsc so your experience starts counting from then.
Or those who work partime but the number of hours worked is equivalent to the minimum hours/week required. Self explanatory. I believe you must have gotten some sort of educational qualification(ond, hnd, bsc, masters) before this part time job.
Are these sets not eligible to claim experience Bottom line, you claim points for job experience after you graduate. Anything done while schooling before a first degree counts as internship and you get no points for internship. Kindly stroll to Cic website.

I’m sure that’s part of their reasons for wanting to leave. Cos Canada definitely recognises any gender as your legal spouse. Whooohoooo. Better place.

it's very common, but lack of legality makes it complicated. What happens if one of them dies? Will bank agree to treat the other as next of kin?

I've never really understood why educated lawmakers sat down and put it down in writing that same-sex relationships are a crime in Nigeria. I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure the definition of crime - in the context of the law - cannot be ascribed to gay couples.
It might be unpopular, culturally unacceptable, religiously frowned upon, blablabla but crime? I don't think so

Please help. My fees on ICES for ECA is showing 220 dollars but my spouse disagrees saying it is meant to be 270. Anyone will experience with this?

Yes, if so indicated on the bank documents.
Really, your spouse is not your nok if it's not expressly stated in your official documents.

Good day fellow aspirants!
I've not been keeping up with pages because I went to work in remote location with limited internet access. Scanned through some pages and saw that there was a 445 draw yesterday. Congratulations to the ITA clinchers.

It appears there has been scanty or no PPR recently. Is there any thing holding issuance?
I saw somewhere that there are no visas to issue, or that it's on hold to rain very soon. Any material to these claims?

Uknown. No official news, so reduced to speculations. Could be:

1. procedural: annual target for VOs met or admissions target for the program met.
2. logistics: unavailability of PR visa counterfoils for passports.
3. administrative: relevant officers on annual leave
4. shadow-chasing: people are receiving PPRs, just not choosing to share the news on this platform and we are wasting time speculating.

Hello everyone, please I need a clarification on an issue as i'm a little confused .I want to put in a letter of explanation for my proof of funds, should I upload it under the proof of funds uploads or the Optional document section?
I just feel like it would be easier to comprehend if it's uploaded together with my proof of funds documents rather than separately in the optional document section

please can someone advise on the right thing to do

you couldn't have said it better. was having a discussion with my colleagues about same sex issues, broke it down totally for them and told them if a man sleeps with another man, or a woman with another woman, does it affect you or anything ? they were gobsmacked and couldn't respond. hence i proved to them that, it might look totally abnormal, but no way is it a crime.

Hmmm......let's all not forget it is for this reason the Almighty God destroyed a generation according to the scripture. So, if it is considered a grave SIN/CRIME in the sight of the Almighty, then why not in the sight of we the creatures?
