If You are doing a study of more than 6months outside London thats £1015 x 9 =£9135.
£9135 - £250 = £8885
To be on the safe side use rate of £1 = N500
Thats estimated N4.5M
If you have the required funds for maintainance just relax about withdrawal, if they have any concern they will let you know, never heard any issues about withdrawals before with UKVI.

If you submit on Dec 1, 2018 and £1 - N480 and your statement is correct at that rate, should there be inflation and Pounds increases to £1 - 525 during your application, that has no effect on your application because the rate on Oanda when you submitted was £1 - N480.

UKVI does not do Pre- Interview your school might.
UKVI will only do credibility interview but it might be more than once depends on your situation.

I have been studying in the Uk for almost a year now and was working to support myself (part time) through this period and in the process I exceeded my work term limit.

Recently, I got a permanent job in the UK that are willing to sponsor my work visa (Tier 2).

Would my exceeding Tier 4 visa affect my chances of getting Tier 2 visa and how do I remedy it?

Nobody can give you a definite answer to that, only the UKVI. However, you can go ahead and apply for your Tier 2, submit your application by post.

Nobody can give you a definite answer to that, only the UKVI. However, you can go ahead and apply for your Tier 2, submit your application by post. I don't think you would be called for interview and even if they do, in most cases they won.t ask you.

You meant you worked for >20 hours per week during term time?

Thanks I really appreciate your response, my previous refusals were just silly mistakes like not including my statement of account,although I have stated that my dad was sponsoring me and I included his bank statement,so I see no reason why I should include my own but lesson learnt. Thanks once again
