I'm actually out of all the spark plugs for your car! I didn't stock heavily past 10 years. My mistake. Do you have a preference? I have denso, ngk, autolit, champion and Bosch. I like denso and ngk though as a good price-performance balance.

Ok..So, let us do 6 of those denso iridium, one premium filter and I need the 50/50 coolant, air and cabin filter as well.(seems I just keep remembering other things I need )
Location is Elebu...Far from Bodija....
How do we proceed?

Yeah I know. It would be more about the repair and diagnosis there. We do repairs if people bring their parts too. We just don't warranty those repairs.

Oh, okay thank you. Techs are not supposed to explain. Only shop manager or his assistant so that part is good but repair should never have started with explanation. Thank you so much for this information.

Pros and cons of ordering your own parts

We get this question a lot at the shop and want to address it. CAN I BRING MY OWN PART?

The answer is YES. However, there are some things you need to know:

Pros:
1) save some money sometimes

Cons
1) time and effort to go get the part

2) if you buy a defective or wrong part and we have to remove it, you still owe us the labor to install it as we did the work AND AGAIN WHEN WE HAVE TO INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT

3) you do not get our warranty. WE ONLY WARRANTY WORK DONE WITH OUR OWN PARTS. As the other 9 locations open country-wide, this will be more important. e g. Get a repair in Lagos, have a problem in Abuja and they will take care of it no charge.

4) shipping costs if ordering from overseas

If anyone can think of pros and cons to add to the list, we'd like to hear them.

Sorry, we don't have parts for non-American models. Sometimes when they have American equivalents the parts are the same but this does not have an American equivalent. The closest is the MPV.
