He ’must sign the bill? Talking with so much authority. Since you have so much power u shd ask NASS why they initiated the bill just few months to the election where it is billed to take effect. These guys do not care about the electorates, just themselves.

It is better to disenfranchise some than to overenfranchise others, in so far as that would produce credible elections.

If the PDP wants free and fair elections, then that's a legitimate interest to have.

You can make the same argument about registration of voters

If I do not register to vote within the stipulated time line and then realise myself on Election Day that I will like to vote? Of course I will not be allowed to vote in this circumstance
