Without even checking - that would be unrealistic and besides you'll need lot more years to surpass kenya concrete jungle.

Last I checked you were around 2M tonnes per annum (consumption) and Kenya was 6M plus. To surpass Kenya consumption you need to do "wonders" in 2yrs.
