it was on Spain before oo, I decided to change it to Nigeria and the problem started lol. I don dey reason how e take happen since morning..... I've never thought of the time zone thing i swear lol

Could it be that the developers of that feature are not confident that it will work all the time in some regions?

More questions:

My mi band 2 heart sensor hardly works when it is placed on my wrist, however if I place the bright side of my finger underneath the sensor, it works. Why?

Also, why does this soap dispenser refuse to dispense soap for the black guy? grin

It will come with ZUI, people should really look at OnePlus and why they have made it this far is simply because of oxygen OS. Slap an iOS wannabe skin on it, that would be goodbye.
