my redmi note 5 from jumia was the official global version n i've been updating without issues but at the same time i've seen mi 8 on jumia express with shop(at least the seller stated it there himself).my biggest fear with jumia is what if the seller doesnt clarify whether its shop or official rom n there's no way to communicate with them to confirm b4 purchase

You could have just jumped over it if you didn't catch up with d stuff na or ask for clarification.

What it means is that no matter the RAM or ROM or processor speed of a phone, it's not a PC.
I'm not sure you've exhausted the 128gb ROM on your phone yet. Then imagine 512+512gb in a phone. 1 fucking Tb.
You sha saw a post of someone compare the space to that in his pc and still serving him.
In short, no matter who makes it, the remark is wink
