While PDP shared thosands of dollars to obas and bigmen to buy votes, APC is giving traders interest free loans.
The difference is APC created a program and budget for it so it's perfectly legal. But PDP held with so much contempt they didn't even legalise the cash they shared to the rich bigmen like 100 million to Olu Falae, Ladoja, even late Anenih got his own.

You people only feel irked when poor people benefit directly from government in their thousands but say nothing when one big man makes a profit of 20 billion from one transaction and buys a house each in New York, London and Paris and puts a wife or girlfriend to live in. 20 billion is all that will be shared to reach 2 million traders. So who is smarter PDP or APC? Can that one big man bring two million votes? When you do things that touch people's lives is that not what translates to votes?
When connect three states with 30 million residents with railway to better their lives when you need votes do you go to those who swore to frustrate you even if you give them your eye balls? Who will you prioritize in terms of projects?

It would be a foolish thing to think that the VP is the one cashing out this money to Nigerians physically...

What I actually mean in my post is that the VP shouldn't be the one doing the sensitization but the financial house in-charge..
