Ive appealed to them to use their muslim population, Igbo Muslims, to prove to rest of country that they are Islam-friendly. They must stop the discrimination of Igbo muslims.

I think they have listened and are working on voting one or two Igbo muslims as governors before 2023. An Igbo Muslim would succeed Obiano in Anambra and perharps make Igbo Muslim Speaker of HoA in Enugu. Then Senator Abaribe should also be replaced with a Igbo Muslim.

This will completely prove a new brand and help others see Igbo as accomodating and a champion of diversity. No one will see them as an outsider anymore.

It takes time for these changes but my brothers in East are working on making it happen.

The truth is Buhari did not get all the votes in 2015 just because he's perceived to have integrity, not just because he had experience, not just because Jonathan failed, not just because of looting, not just because Jonathan broke his agreement with certain politicians, not just because the west felt abandoned, not just just because girls were kidnapped, it was a combination of these factors in varying degrees that gave him victory.

The Yorubas will hear what they need to and other tribes will be told what they need to, in addition to the general message.
