This is easy, she trusts you and that's fine. You've bleeped up and it's very easy to rectify. Here's how

Tell her you sent some money to your account, 20k. and that you intended to withdraw it to take care of some house/hospital expense on her behalf. (I assume she must have given you her ATM too) This way her card was not compatible with the bank you wanted to use in the first instance, and then you resulted to transferring to yours or any other reason you want to give.

If you don't return the money, you're just a thieving bastard that karma is going to catch up with veery soon.

You know the funny thing...if you had asked her politely she might have still given you the 20k and you would have had it without your heart pricking you.

My advice: return the money. It's best to do it anonymously, why?, forget the fact that she might still forgive you if you take it back to her direct..if she survives her current medical predicament, she would still never forget your actions and it would make her skeptical about her further dealings with you in future.
After returning the money, anonymously ofcourse, you can then ask her for money in the proper way. If she gives you, Glory be to God, if not..life still goes on. But you would have at least preserved your integrity.

A good name they say, is better than riches.

Return the money with a story that you had something urgent and she was not in a good position for you to discuss it with her but since you had earned her trust, you decided to use it with the intention of returning it as soon as possible

Come clean with her. Explain the pressure that weighed so much on you and made you yield to the temptation. She may react differently, you never can say. I would too cos I'd believe you still have good in you. God would too to anyone that confessed to Him too, and hug the person and celebrate him like the prodigal son. A good Christian would do same too cos you came on your own volition, not cos you were caught.

If you don't and try to cover your guilt with another lie, your conscience will slowly start fading. Your conscience is the tiny voice God leaves in every heart. Most have completely silenced theirs.

If you keep the stolen wealth of another, you'll lose more in many folds sooner or later. And this may not even be in the form of money, especially as it was at a time the victim was vulnerable and unaware. A few months or years time, go and find out about the criminal that bolted with N3m and you'll understand this strange spiritual principle/order. Even if he becomes a pastor tomorrow without returning the stolen wealth, the curse will happen, cos "the curse causeless shall not come."
