He got rid of APC's previous Chairman.
He got his man, Oshiomole the position.
He influenced the choice of APC guber candidate in Ogun.

He got his man in Osun.
He looks likely to get his man in Lagos.
Fayemi, Amosun, Fashola & Akeredolu are currently largely neutralized.
He has seen Saraki's influence & public acceptability in Kwara wane considerably.
Within APC structure, he's unofficially ranked ahead of the VP & the party chairman.
