I want to say something about the things most of us are guilty of.people tend to love their mother more than their father and why.there are people who you won't know their father is still alive cos they barely talk about them

If she's selling her gold to give the Child more comfort in school? She wakes the child late at night, show them her gold and jewellery she's putting up for sale, all for them. But ask a dad for money, he will be reading his newspaper and with a cold stern voice, he will. Ask what do u need the money for? The child explains. The dad keeps quiet and later says hmm OK. Remind me when am going out later today

Even if the son of daugter is in a semi comatose state, he or she sees how desperate the mum wants him or her to get well.

Anyways it's all about the emotional connection one has with the child and carrying the Child along all the way.

My late mum sold her only property, a building of 4 flats, just to set me and my brother up in business. That's the only building she had in life . I used mine to open my company, and tusssh...it up to my taste which I'm still operating til date. Now tell me, why won't I be eternally grateful to my mum. She virtually saved my life from the harsh realities of life around me. Although I feel the heat of life but not that much.

But most dads will rather die than sell their only property to set up any child.. Lol


My uncle before he died, on his sick bed he gave strict instructions that no body should drive or touch his jeep. He even told his son to bring the car keys to him. He kept the keys under his pillow while he was battling with his health. At the end he died in his sleep, after a year or so. And the key was removed under his pillow, so they can use the car to run around for his burial. Lol.
His wife and kids are the ones using his car now. A Rav 4, 2006 model.

Nope @ the bolded. It came from my mum. My mum was very industrious and harsh while I was growing up. She handled me with very tough hands. I thought she was very wicked. But will pet me later. It was all for my own good.
While my dad was very soft with me. He wasn't tough with me and I loved it that way.
I was more closer to my dad than my mum, cos he truly pet me, smiles .

It was when my dad died, my mother and I had to be closer due to his demise and due to the fact she's getting old. She was no longer tough like when she was young and vibrant. We bonded well, when she became old.
My mum taught me to be strong, and industrious was well. Everything I am today is because of my mum. Although I love my dad but my mum taught everything I needed to know in life


Anyways dads should do what's necessary to make the kids appreciate them. That's my two cent.
