E.g, REAL MEN take delight in spending money on their girlfriends. They don't whine about it.

Meaning: I want you to be spending on me. Don't complain, irrespective of how convenient it is for you or not.

Men should be men and this is all based on their individuality. The definition of a real man is very relative, but most times I have seen females use that word...it tends to be selfish and manipulative.

Basically, they end up saying that which they want from the man. It doesn't mean what he gives currently is bad, but she wants more/different. That more she wants is a real man. Real man, wife material... all manipulative, MOST TIMES.

I believe its normal for all people to try to be themselves

masculinity is the group of characteristics that define the male persona and male energy, it is the opposite to and attracts female energy. Maturity on the other hand is the ability to act appropriately to a situation instead of reacting to it.
