uboma: we all have our different views about life, during the time of our mothers and grandmothers many married at early age even before the 18 years you set. But this is 21st century the need for education and self sustainance has push marriage age forwards. Also alot of things has changed. back then in the university I still had girls who got pregnant at age 20, married at that age some even brought their children to lectures with a guardian accompanying them to assist with the baby. I Also don't support child marriage though but I am of the view that early marriage can bring about sanctity to the community even look at the children of this generation you will see that they develop faster than their age compared to our time. |
