Q1: Both

Q2: HND1 1st semester start date. He should record actual dates. That has no bearing on the years the certificate is evaluated as.

Azy123:
Good evening all. PLease help!!!

I am asking this question on behalf of a friend. He has evaluated his OND and HND with WES but in filling the express entry form he is not sure if he is to fill both OND and HND as part of education history.

WES evaluation is as follows:

Summary - Diploma (two years), Diploma (Three years) and a postgraduate certificate (one year)
OND - Canadian Equivalency - Diploma (Two years)
HND - Canadian Equivalency - Diploma (Three years) and a postgraduate certificate (one year)

Q1) Should he fill both in the education history.

Q2) For HND, duartion is 2 years after Industrial Training but WES evaluation is 3 years diploma and a postgraduate certificate. What would be the start and finish date to fill in the form. Is it Industrial training start date? or HND1 1st semester start date.

Q3) If he is to fill only HND as in the education history, what would be the duration - is it the OND start date to HND finish date

Thanks all.

Very Correct! That was exactly what I did while creating my profile this time last year and it was accepted.

I have another question please.

There are two questions asked in the form: level of education & Level of education(Canadian equivalent) as shown on ECA

For OND it's Two-year programme at a university, college, trade.....

What would be the best to pick for HND. Is it

"Two years"

or

"Bachelor's degree OR a three years program at a university. college. trade ...."

What do you advise, so as to avoid misrepresentation.

Thanks

2 masters degree what for please.

You need to be Inlovewiththisprocess as your name states grin grin grin

Mummychichi:

Is there a particular reason why you want to evaluate two Masters degrees?

If its to boost your score, there's no need because Masters is your highest degree no matter the number you have. It's the same score.

I just want both to be done incase CIC head may touch and they see the second one as an issue

This question is asked million times. Please add to FAQ to minimize land use.
Your post is very helpful. Speaking of guidance for WAEC, can you elaborate further how this works? How do i get WAEC to send my certificate directly to WES? Thank you for clarifying.

I have always believe in Nigeria and with the mind-set of building a great career/business here, however I made up my mind to travel during December 2017 fuel scarcity after queuing at the Filling station for two days without getting fuel and frustration set in, my initial thought was Australia and after following the thread I realized the process is a bit complicated. I decided to opt for Canada and the process is pretty straightforward as compared to Aussie/US PR, while googling migrating to Canada From Nigeria I came across this thread {God bless everyone that have contributed to the robustness of the info on this thread} and the journey started.

ECA:
PA: B.Sc. & ACIIN {Two or More Degrees}
Spouse: B.Sc. & PGDE {NTI} - {Two or More Degrees}
It was the era of WES and we follow to join the bandwagon later we realize we could have opt for ICES which do not require verification from school. My transcript was sent from my school twice because the first one was rejected by WES as incomplete, I need to get back to the Registrar office to resend at another cost.
I had fears on my ACIIN when ACA is not receiving favourable response from WES, however my ACIIN came out as 3 Years Canadian equivalent degree in Insurance.
The journey started with 100k in my account with first financial commitment on January 2nd by paying WES evaluation fee which was completed by June 2018 (Courtesy of NASU Strike--- More reason to leave Naija)

IELTS:
Preparation for IELTS Commenced January, my fear have always been writing, lo & behold, BC fall my hand with 6.5 in writing
1st Attempt: BC (03/03/2018) LRWS - 8.5, 7.5, 6.5, 8
At this point I was very broke, my friend have to raise me 80k to register for MOD and also pay for the remark at BC.
2nd Attempt: MOD (07/04/2018) LRWS - 7.5, 7.5, 6, 6.5 {This result even worse pass the first attempt}
Remark for 1st attempt was received from BC after 14 weeks with writing unchanged (Apparently if I had known I would have also tick speaking at least I would get my 15k )
3rd & Final Attempt: MOD (07/07/2018) LRWS - 8,9,7,7
For the IELTS hopefuls, just keep trying and don't give up... Our eyes should be on the GOAL.
Spouse did twice and got average of 7.0

POST – AOR:

AOR- September 13th
Medicals & Biometrics flow in as usual as others with similar timeline.
November 9 was the first PPR Rain for September AOR by then I realize I am due for PPR.
So out of Curiosity, I mailed Ralph on the 15th November and I got the response below:

Dear Engr2000,
I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Sept 13, 2018. It is at the Case Processing Center in Ottawa.
Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.
Criminality passed Oct 11, 2018.
*Eligibility and security have not been initiated*. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Aug 14, 2019.

Sincerely,
Ms. Robyn Sullivan
Office of the Hon. Ralph Goodale, MP
Regina-Wascana"

Did I get discouraged? Yes! (I am Human)
Did I give up? No (My eyes was still on getting PPR before Christmas)
Two weeks down the line, I got RPRF request on November 28th and a week later I got PPR {December 7th, 2018}I cried, apparently I have never applied for Visa before whether Visiting Visa, Tourist Visa or Student Visa and here I am with PR just like that.

Moral of the Story: whatsoever *is not initiated* can be completed in a space of 1 week.
So guys hang in there, I look forward to seeing more PPR rain on this thread before the end of January 2019.

COPR Landed today and it has ended in Praise.

Please i have a question regarding your POF. Did your reference letters state average balance or it's just the normal one banks provide? Cos i thought you need SOA to show your average balance.

I decided to opt for Canada and the process is pretty straightforward as compared to Aussie/US PR, while googling migrating to Canada From Nigeria I came across this thread {God bless everyone that have contributed to the robustness of the info on this thread} and the journey started.

ECA:
PA: B.Sc. & ACIIN {Two or More Degrees}
Spouse: B.Sc. & PGDE {NTI} - {Two or More Degrees}

2nd Attempt: MOD (07/04/2018) LRWS - 7.5, 7.5, 6, 6.5 {This result even worse pass the first attempt}

CRS & ITA
Profile created July 23, 2018 with CRS 441, ITA received August 8--- This was actually timely because my birthday is in September which means my point would have drop to 436 and there would be no other option than PNP or learn French.

POST – AOR:

AOR- September 8th

This have been my Song Inspiration all though the application:

NARA by ---Tim Godfrey Ft. Travis Greene –
You've done so much for me

If I had ten thousand tongues
It still won't be enough

Chukwu na gwom'oria le
When You heal, You heal completely

What shall I render to Jehovah?
For He has done so very much for me
