Hello gurus. Fiverr gave me 14 days to verify my account by uploading my ID card and real picture. I uploaded by pvc, they rejected it. I uploaded my national ID card (the slip), they also rejected it. After several trials I sent customer support a message concerning it. They replied that I should try again. I tried again only for them to suspend my account with all my money inside. I've sent them another email but how do you verify your account? I'm still waiting for the reply

they don't accept all those. Its either drivers license, intl passport or national Id. The card. I was given 7 days to do mine last year. I had to go and do intl passport. Got it same day 35k. You can try that.

Hope you don't have large funds in the account. You have to follow them up. They change shift. It took me six months to get back my old account.

I can't wait 6 months. How did you get ur old account back? Each time I tried to complain they refer me to this Roberto guy. Very rude guy who doesn't know what customer service is.

mine was that I couldn't reset my password you can get a new account, but still follow up with the guy.

Tell him you realized you used the wrong documents, that you just got your international passport to use for it.

Sane thing happened to me. I was told fiverr only verify does that has contacted them before and those that were reported

pls i need help how did you snap the passport .. which position .. because i just got my passport and tried it ..and the verification failed ..i have only one chance left to verify ..pls i need urgent help and answer .. thanks in advance
