Yes, I can testify to this that some people collected their APLs around Nov/Dec and some of them reported in Kano field office.

Go through his post again and reread. He said the list released by @Neverdown is a fraction of those that scored high, not the list of all those who scored high... Meaning that some list not posted by Neverdown will contain those who scored high and we're called for the interview too...

I hope this clarifies your doubt.
