Nice call by the ref. Either the goal stood or a PK.

Lukaku tho undecided

Lukaku is shït abeg. Lacks the most basic necessities of being a good CF.
Zero technicality.
Zero ball control.
Zero movement to create space.

If we get a good offer, we should sell ASAP!!

DIAZ DEAL CLOSE

Brahim Diaz is on the brink of completing his move from Manchester City to Real Madrid, for a fee that could rise as high as £22m.

Sky Sports News understand Real will pay an initial £15.5m, with add-ons that could be worth a further £6.5m. The Spanish winger is in the final 6 months of his contract and rejected the offer of a new deal to stay in Manchester.

Sources at Man City have told us that while they would have liked the Academy graduate to stay, they understand why he has made the decision to return to his homeland to play for one of the biggest clubs there.

In addition to the initial £15.5m fee, Man City will also benefit from any future transfer, with an intriguing clause inserted into the deal that seems to be designed to scupper their rivals across town. If Diaz leaves Real, Man City will get 15 per cent profit on any sale - unless he is sold to a "club in Manchester" when the percentage of the profit will rise to 40 per cent.

This Manchester City are mad.

The whole midfield is poor and limited.
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Leyqute(m): 2:10pm On Jan 05, 2019
McTomminay and Fred are the two reasons the midfield is porous. Fred is the worst though, he’s lost possession more than everybody on the field combined. He’s jittery, unstable and mediocre.

McTom just doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing.

Sanchez is not ready to start. He’s been poor

Pereira is very good at beating his man, he just needs to release the ball quicker.

How did we pay 50M for Fredhuh

He has got a horrible first touch for a CM. He loses possession easily too. There are a shit load of dead wood in this team that we need to bin ASAP.

Lukaku is finding it extremely difficult to press effectively. The midfield is in shambles and Mata is not helping matters at all! Dude has been extremely docile bar the penalty that he scored.

Ooh Pereira... this is surely his last season at United.

We need to buy players

Can't these guys just hold the ball and play with each other?
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Lana1(m): 2:16pm On Jan 05, 2019
Lukaku na -1, Fred -2
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 2:17pm On Jan 05, 2019
Mourinho saw Fred and his aimless running and thought to himself, my kind of player.
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Lana1(m): 2:19pm On Jan 05, 2019
Changes need to be made in the 2nd half particularly to the midfield. Perreira na the only one giving a good account of himself

Nice play there Elephant
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 2:20pm On Jan 05, 2019
It means without our first choice midfield, we don't have any midfielder on the bench that'll come in without a consequent drop in quality...

Lukaku with a fine finish and Sanchez, what a pass...Nice one.

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 2:23pm On Jan 05, 2019
Scrappy first half but I'll take a 2 goal lead going into the second half...
I just hope we get to see the youngsters on in the second half.
Fellaini should come in for McTominay to bring in some stability and maturity in that midfield, Chong should replace Mata around the hour mark and Garner for Fred in the last 15mins...
