It was your misinformed statement that caused this whole nonsense. All you had to do was ask why Scot Bought a bad car after paying for a pre inspection done by me. Instead you just opened your Nigerian used mouth and started spewing trash.

I was explaining why people buy bad cars, and you started misfiring.

You got to know when to hold 'em
Know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away
And know when to run
You never count your money
When you're sittin' at the table
There'll be time enough for countin'
When the dealing's done

Wowwww, had a lot to read.

My opinion, should I take a mechanic along with me to inspect a car, after inspection he relates the state of the vehicle to me, he should be in position to advice me on what to do next, if the car is worth it or not. You factor in cost of repairs and possibly deduct it from the said price, with that you are able to breakeven should the seller accept your price.

Some cars fall within a certain range :
I will never buy a kia Rio for 780k with an engine and gear to changed within 6months. I will also not buy a civic for 750k with the engine and gear to be changed within a short time frame.

When someone meets you for a professional advice in a field he isn't vast enough, it is in your place to enlighten him or her on the intricacies of whatsoever you are consulted for.

Let's try to move on, it's a thing of the past.

Meanwhile, Happy New Year to everyone and more money to the account.

All I have been saying. God bless you sir

X4 on the car that was not enough to buy another car or replace engine and transmission?

You talk about being childish? You aproko took story from feb/march 2018 and brought here without complete facts and now you are complaining? Since this matter started I have set 2 more appointments for vehicle inspections.

With due respect sir, if you charge 20k for inspection, you should do more than advice, he should have totally discouraged the dude from buying the vehicle, besides the underlying issues with the vehicle, it is over priced 820k for a used kia is too much even if the car were in good condition how much less without engine and Trans, the other dude that talks alot claim you were also paid by the car owner, is this true? If it is, I don't think you were fair with the inspection sir.

Men can only advise, the decision you make is squarely on you. Let's quit this Nigerian sentiments. Take responsibility for your actions.
Well if Buhari has never accepted responsibility, while will his 'subjects' ever do.
Can maturity reign here or can Scott clear the air.

Many of us know quite well that euphoria of buying car for the first time and I believe many of us all made mistakes despite available knowledge. Scott and his ilks should take responsibility for their decisions and quit the blame game.

Go back and read from when it started. The demon had no clue what happened, just dances to any tune with a negative gazzuzz Vibe on it, the other one with a crappy civic had an idea. But wait a bit Mr Scot the final buyer will address all of you as I have spoken to him.

you pay me to check the condition of a car, and not to negotiate prices. You know what happens when you allow a third party help you negotiate prices? They could inflate the prices and get kickbacks.

lol.... Did I tell you my engine and gear is bad? So because I am selling. It means it's a dead car.

You play god on Nairaland. You feel everybody should be on your side. If you have different opinion different from Gazzus then you are a hater.

Now people know the truth. Do I need to blow the whistle on how much you collect from the poor guy for repairs on the dead Kia Rio you helped him to inspect?

Same you that told him he need to replace the gear. Later told him there is no need and you continue to milk him till he got fed up. Shame of yoù.

I am closer to the guy than you and Carshopper. It's funny both of yoù keep saying I don't know what happened.

The guy was constantly updating on how much he had till he got 800k. I told him to work more and talk to Carshopper to import tokunbo for him.

When was the last time you and Carshopper talked to him before you called him today?
