I think he is right. I just did open one now.

Actually not saying that he is wrong; just need evidence.

Just ask someoneelse to send money to it directly or pay from whatsoever website that you connect the PayPal to.

Do not also forget to let us have the screenshots of what I requested up there.

I was asked to upload my ID information in account that have been using for years. The account is a USA account, what is the way out please?

If the account is in your real names and you have international passport, upload it making sure it is clear and it has all its four(4) edges showing.

USA PayPal normally accept Nigeria international passport.

It doesnt receive funds from other paypal but receives from a website or payment gateway or freelance website.

I learnt there is one around this to receive payment directly.

That is what I'm saying; most people do open foreign ones like that of Lesotho with Nigeria details and they end up calling it Nigeria PayPal account.

Like for the Shopify store, the payment processors like stripe(for receiving your cash) PayPal Dey Bleep up, and if you use Payoneer stripe may find out and block you, and stripe requests USA social security number, if you make ur shop Naija based..no body will buy from outside the country if they see naira. I don’t know if you get.

The main question is how to sell on international Spotify and get your money without hindrance

Is it that shopify requires SSN from all its sellers even if they are not based in USA or not a USA citizen?

Thats false. They dont require ssn for non us citizens. For nigerians, using stripe is almost out of option as the only way which is stripe atlas is always rejecting apllications from Nigerians.

Pls to cut to the chase, does it mean Nigerians cannot receive funds to their PayPal account from a foreign PayPal account..

If No, what is the way out?

You are welcome.

Someone in abroad could open it for you or you open it yourself and operate it in Nigeria.

Regarding using VPN, please read https://www.nairaland.com/3962904/top-reason-should-not-use
