If the account is in your real names and you have international passport, upload it making sure it is clear and it has all its four(4) edges showing.

USA PayPal normally accept Nigeria international passport.

It doesnt receive funds from other paypal but receives from a website or payment gateway or freelance website.

I learnt there is one around this to receive payment directly.

That is what I'm saying; most people do open foreign ones like that of Lesotho with Nigeria details and they end up calling it Nigeria PayPal account.

Thats false. They dont require ssn for non us citizens. For nigerians, using stripe is almost out of option as the only way which is stripe atlas is always rejecting apllications from Nigerians.

I thought as much but having foreign PayPal account as a Nigerian is the surest get.

Nigerians with Nigeria PayPal accounts can't but Nigerians with foreign PayPal accounts can receive.
