PietroRick:Oh well... Abeg if he's worth the hype buy him ASAP add Valencia as a souvenir to the deal ![]() Buy Koulibaly add Rojo + Darmian, they'll beast serie A especially Darmian. Exchange Jones with Doherty ![]() Smalling with Ryan Sessegnon ![]() This way we can tackle home grown quota and reduce wages ![]() |

afrodoc2:This isn't exactly different from what I'm saying. If we had the centre back position settled, he would be a good one to add to the collection in the hope that he would turn out to be something special. Our own anyhowness and his fee both come together to take his potential purchase out of the zone of common sense. Barcelona have pique and umtiti as starting defenders. They bought lenglet last summer, they have murrillo on a kind of trial in the name of loan, from Valencia, they are fighting tooth and nail for De Ligt, even though Raiola is misbehaving as usual, asking for stupid wages. On top of all this, they have just done Toulouse dirty by signing an 18 year old that pretty much just broke into their first team on a bossman. I woke up to see their president insulting Barcelona out of anger ![]() Common sense moves everywhere.. |

elrony:that can be the difficult part, especially when you can't see him play weekly. But I hear our scouts have been watching him for some time. We are going to have to trust their judgment, whatever it is they decide. |

If we get sense we suppose fit sell Jones to one English club for just under 30m. It still feels awkward thinking we are just going to let him walk for free. After all the salary he has chopped for doing nothing. I suspect the club will consider renewing with this in mind. |

as for Lukaku’s transfer fee, here’s what made it even more interesting: United will pay only 57.9Million pounds, how? Everton still needs to pay United 15 million pounds in the Schneiderlin deal, and since Michael Keane joined Everton this summer in a 30 million pound deal, United will get 7% of the transfer fee. |

OGS is too full of optimisms, and that's good for the club and the fans judging from his latest presser.. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:33am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: How was Dubai? OGS: Very good, very good, we had four good days of training, so I think the boys enjoyed it, we put a few principles down and they worked hard and enjoy working hard. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:34am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: Is Paul Pogba fit? OGS: He looked ok towards the end so he’ll be fit. He did have some problems but came through the last couple of sessions well. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:35am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: Can you update us on Marcos Rojo's situation? OGS: He’s gone back to Argentina for a while with his injury so how long is a piece of rope, it was mentally important for him to get away and come back fresh again. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:36am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: Have you made this team into your United team? OGS: I think every single day and every game will get us closer and closer and we’ll get more of an understanding of how we want to play. The past five games haven’t been bad but there’s always things to work on, relationships, cohesion, so hopefully we’ll see a positive team. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:37am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: How would you assess the job Mauricio Pochettino has done at Tottenham? OGS: He’s done a very good job, he’s one of the... the speculation is there for a reason because he’s done well but it’s not my job to rate different managers. My focus is on me and my team. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:38am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: What are your thoughts on Harry Kane? OGS: He’s not bad is he? He’s a fantastic goalscorer, one of the best in the world to play up there, but then again I’ve got a couple I’m happy to work with. Having players like him, he’s a top top professional, whoever plays with him and trains with him can talk more about him but from the outside he’s a fantastic finisher, he never misses chances really so let’s make sure he doesn’t get any against us. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:41am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: Do Tottenham present your first real test as United manager? OGS: No we’ve had tests. Newcastle away was a test, the first game how everyone reacted away to Cardiff was a test, the second game, how crowd would affect is a test... You get tested every single game in the Premier League but of course this is against a top top side and if we want to get close to them and go past them we will need a good performance and a good result. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:42am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: Can you update us on the contract situations at the club? Are there any incomings? OGS: I read the news sometimes as well and the speculations around this club is amazing, incredible. Some players I’ve not even heard of have singed. I can’t comment on things like that but we’ve got (current) players we are in discussions with but that’s not down to me either. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 9:43am On Jan 11, 2019 |
Q: What will your approach be against Tottenham? OGS: You always adapt to any opponent, we play one of the best teams in the league, have to be aware of their strengths but we need to attack teams, that’s our strength as well. Going forward, attacking both as a team and the way we played, we won’t get as many chances to attack against these as we’ve had before so we’ve got to be ready for when we got hold of the ball and play well with it because Wembley is a decent sized pitch. |
