So, here's something funny. All the while I thought Lagos was processing my visa as all correspondence to London was always redirected to Lagos. On getting the visa, it turns out it was issued by London.
I have these: lagosimmigration-at-international-dot-gc-dot-ca and Ldnimmigration-at-international-dot-gc-dot-ca

michelle5567:
Thank you. I will try this. But from the correspondence letter it is Nairobi that was processing the visa. Should I email Nairobi instead?

I only have this email address Lagos.immigration@international.gc.ca

Please does anyone have any other email address?

A passport photograph, a copy of your international passport and money. Budget 8k. I paid 5k when I did mine. You’d have to drive a hard bargain.
Good luck.

Haaa bro! Thanks

Sincerely, I have no idea what it's about. But i'm leaning with the name; and assuming it's to ascertain the authenticity of the claims on your application.

Ok bro.. Thanks

Hello House,

Thank you for all the useful tips and comments on this thread. I will like to know how I can go about this. I am one of those silent June applicants and deferred my admission to September this year. Thank God, I was given a passport request but the problem is my passport is expiring Nov 2019 that is one month after stepping into Canada and one of the passport requirements is that they do not issue a visa beyond the expiry date of the passport. What do I do? Thanks.

I applied via paper route in Lodnon (July) and got a passport request after 5 weeks. Immediately I got my passport request, packed all my load and moved over to Lagos and submitted my passport for the visa stamp in Lagos.

It is the background check that takes time. Once it moves to eligibility review, you will get your response soon.

Ohh thanks for this response. I am still on background check status, will brief the house when I get my passport request.

The bolded isnt necessarily true.. My Eligibility review will be 5 months by next week.. And my background check was just a month.. So you cant just conclude like that cos this things varies..

Which colleges accept very low initial deposit or no deposit and no IELTS for admission into PGD
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 10:02pm On Jan 10, 2019
I got an email that my account had been updated. Probably because eligibility review and medical request came simultaneously.

makano:
You wont get an email notification for eligibility review, but ur profile will be change from submitted to updated. Note - I didnt get any email notification when my Eligibility review started, i just logged into ma account and saw UPDATED. So am talking from my experience.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 10:03pm On Jan 10, 2019
You probably should ask google this, as most of us don't know these things.

Why withdraw your application after waiting this long? You need your passport for something else?

Has anyone applied to the Memorial University recently.
What do they mean by CONFIRMATION OF DEGREE CERTIFICATE?
I saw it among the documents required

I'm applying. It'd be updated once your transcript(s) gets to MUN. They'd use the date of degree certification on your transcript to update the requirement/column.l

I hope this calms you.

You can get a work permit while studying either a one or two year masters program. I feel the main issue is how to convince the VO to approve your application about any program you go for.
