Have you seen the movie, King of boys? The person who sees a crime and said nothing, has committed more crime than the person who perpetuated the actual crime.

There's a slogan in most offshore companies, "If you see something, say something or do something, else something will do you".

In most interviews, you will be ask. If you see a colleague committing a crime, will you report the person, even if it means the person loosing his job.

I am more interested in knowing how someone pilfers regularly at work and it doesn't reflect in the books of account.
