I think Accra is starting to finally respond to files.A friend of mine whose AOR was October 2017 got PPR today. Reason for file transfer from London to Accra was because of his claim of being paid in cash.

But I used CES-University of Toronto for my ECA. Tracking it shows it was delivered 5 November 2018. But up till now my profile on their site has remained untouched like I never applied for ECA.

Has anybody used CES (Comparative Educational Services : University of Toronto...) for ECA? I used them and sent my transcript from my school. The courier tracking shows my official transcript got there November 5 2018 (just over 4 weeks ago). But up till now my profile on their website has not changed. They have not even ticked the first stage of the evaluation process: initial review in progress.

Just to encourage you on CES Uni of Toronto. Profile moved by 3 steps (initial review is complete) between January 11 and January 15. Transcript was delivered by courier on 29 Oct

Wifey was supposed to travel for an international exam in Philippines by 31st this month and she has booked her flight. So we want to reschedule her exam and flight as well, and this information will help us to determine when to chose for her exam.

2 weeks is too tight. Might be best to ask for an extension of your submission date.

It takes about one month from when you submit to when you get your passport back.
You have four options;

1. Email Ottawa and ask for an extension. Show the booked flight tickets and ask to submit when she returns. This is the best option if her stay is short.

2. Reschedule the flights and exams. Hopefully the cost here is not too much. If it is, consider other options.

3. Submit to Accra and mail them with the request for urgent expedited COPR and visa issuance. This is a gamble. They might listen or they might ignore you.

4. If her stay in the Philippines is long enough, she can consider submitting her Passport over there. She would have to write Ottawa to get a new PPR tailored for the VO in the Philippines.

Congrats!!
They can submit separately. Or she can courier her passport and COPR pictures to her husband in Nigeria to submit here. Then after it's returned, he can courier it back to her.

- account number
- the date the account was opened
- the current balance of the account
- the average balance for the past six month

Letter of INDEBTEDNESS means you are owing the bank. Pls check well
