Hello gurus, goodmorning. I need your input as I'm trying to fill my application form.

In the below attachment document, I'm asked to fill in details of my secondary school asin the name of the school , duration of study and degree awarded. My problem here is, the result i intend to use is from the GCE i later wrote.

Please i will like suggestions on how to best fill this part of the form. I don't wanna shoot myself in the foot.

Fill in the secondary school you attended.

The fact that you used GCE doesn't mean you have to graduate from where you wrote it. It's waec that issues the certificate, not your school.

Fill your Secondary school as you would normally.

Thanks for this. Does it mean i have to also include my secondary school testimonial among the list of certified documents to be sent to Germany?

Well Bro I believe that 2.6 cgpa on a German scale is satisfactory and I believe that there are good courses at daad.de that can accommodate and accept you. Courses that don't have a N.C in other words courses with no academic restrictions are better
I hope that answers ur questions.

Yes. That's satisfactory... And as for course to accept me, I have searched through daad, and even used https://www.4icu.org in getting A-Z list of universities by states (done with 7 states so far) and also searched schools in http://studieren.de..... I haven't found any one willing to accept such yet...

I graduated from mechanical engineering and MSc in engineering related course in Germany seem to be competitive...

If there are any suggestions of schools I can apply to or anyone else went through situation like this, please I will welcome your contribution.

Fear not my brother, everything is possible with God. The devils most potent strategy of attack is to steal your faith and install fear in you. Where is your faith. Do you really believe in God. Whose reports will you believe. God or man. The choice is all yours to make.

Sorry for all the long sermon, but I just want you to take charge of your destiny. Faith without works anyway they said is dead.

Now back to the crux of the matter. I would like you to take the following decisive actions.

*Identify schools that offer your course of interest or related fields of study

** whether there are restrictions or not in its admission process, apply as much as you can. Infact apply as many programs as possible.

***Take time to write a powerful letter of motivation for each of this different courses. Check out for samples online and modify it to suit your situation. Remember no plagiarism. Use words specific to your discipline and your situation.

**** Boost your resume with good work experience.

***** If you have any published journal to your name or with any other colleagues of yours or even your lecturer, pls kindly include them

prepare and send the documents early enough, as some schools do give admissions on a rolling basis ie more like on a first come first serve basis.

Above all, pray before sending each documents to Germany and ask God to go ahead of you to touch the heart of the lectures and admission officers.

Begin to prepare your mind in anticipation for the blessings you are going to receive. How He will do it is not your business, allow God to finish the job for you. Them say person wey God dey fight for no dey comot shirt.

Simply begin to act in faith and dispel every fears by reading and preparing yourself for the course you are to study, and moreover German language courses for easy integration. And also preparing your Block account money.

NB: You know say devil no dey sleep. He will come in different subtle ways by putting you on the line. He will roll out those schools wey go give you rejections first carry shine for your face. Then laugh and wink at you. But in all, hold on to your faith and make bold confessions.

sorry for all the sermons. I just think this is what you need at this point.

Hope this helps. All the very best.

Since Eldeee my brother has advised you on the faith aspect, let me add wisdom to it, make sure to apply for BSc courses as well, 2,6 is not too good for MSc talk less of Engineering.
So I will encourage you to add BSc courses too to increase your chances.
Everything is possible to you if you ....

Really nice guide to motivate one, most time we worry so much on our human effort, like low cgpa, low IELTS, I don't know the language, I don't know programing and stuffs like that, forgetting who we really need to hold on to not just in this process, but in life generally which is God.

It’s not compulsory.. I really don’t understand why you’re complaining or who you are complaining to. You’re just wasting peoples’ time to read through relevant informations, what’s ur problem?
Just go to UK or US!

Hahahahahaha, Chris baba, I never write any book oooo. As per the epistles, sometimes I just need to express myself so as to get the message down to not just one but to as many that will come in contact with it.

No worry I go repent from the epistles, hahaha.

Thanks

You just so said my mind
Some people here already waiting AM and how there interview went they can't share..I think just one or two interview transcript here this summer and thats how they would go leaving the winter people not updated..really guys thats not fair

[quote author=Eldeee post=74805083]It's very unfortunate a good number of peeps here are after what they can get from this thread. Asking personal questions all for their consumptions. Sending different persons PM all for their personal stuffs. Asking both relevant and irrelevant annoying questions.

I want to ask the summer applicants, where are your interview transcripts, where are your contributions in lifting off weights of confusion from newbies. Didn't you read from the previous sets before you how they gladly threw in their transcripts and contributions and timely advice. Is it all about what you can get from the system.
