Nigeria with 200M people cannot boast of having a manufacturing industry worth $4 billion. In fact with that value they are grossly underperforming. However if a country like Djibout with 950k people or Mauritius with 1.3 million people had that worth of manufacturing, they would definitely rank as the most industrialized country in Africa. If you can't understand that then I don't know what to say about Nigeria's education system.
