If there's something I wish God could change in human, the first on my list would be female menstruation. From premenstrual syndromes causing bloating, irritability, backaches, headaches, breast soreness, acne, food cravings, excessive fatigue, depression, anxiety, feelings of stress, insomnia, constipation, diarrhea, mild stomach cramps, to dysmenorrhea...& excessive bleeding.. How do you cope when you're not within the comfort of your home? Some of us are living in houses where used pads could be easily kept somewhere for a proper disposal, but when you are out like when u're in the hostel, out for a business trip etc.how do you dispose your used pads??  especially now that ritualists are everywhere??Signed: Concerned Guys Association.(C.G.A) Lalasticlala, mynd44, seun, Dominique
