I hate Nigerian mechanics, they are just too dirty, they always get my clean car seat dirty each time I visit them.

One you enter mechanic workshop, they will be looking 4 all Avenue to swindle u of ur hard earn money.

Most of these mechanics visit babalawo to get customers on a daily basis and once the cisomer comes, they will swindle the heal out of that person.

There are some people that actually takes their cars to Chad, Togo, Niger etc for repair grin

Hi guys.
Can a Toyota matrix 2005 be used for Uber and taxify?.

And if I want to give it to a rider, what documentation should I give and obtain from him?,

My work is not that far, I can be using bus while my car brings in money.

Location is lagos

Please I need help,

1.can anyone help me with the sample of documents I need to present to a driver as well as documents to obtain from him when giving out my car?

2. Do I need to involve a lawyer?

3. Or should I give the car to a company to manage for me?, if yes, which company can you recommend?

I really want a driver to manage my car for taxify and make deliveries.

Location is lagos

Communication bruh. A simple "hope you don't mind if i take this? " will not only strengthen rapport between you and rider but will earn you a 5*. But keep the call short.
Ehailing is all about UX (user experience). Sometimes you need to put yourself in the place of the customer to truly understand these things. How would you like to be treated? What sort of experience would you like as a rider?
I'm tempted to agree now that majority of Uber drivers cannot afford to ride on uber. I thin

I work in the technology sector. My first Uber ride was in 2014. It was a beautiful experience. Story for another day, but suffice to say you rarely get those types of experiences these days.

Yes, pay is very poor now. Still shouldn't stop you from making each ride an enjoyable and unforgettable experience for your riders.

Couldn't agree more.

But there are some brainless riders though. I once took a rider.

Me. I'm at Gulliver hotel now, do you want me to drive in?
Rider. Cuts in. Drive in na (in a very condescending tone).

Mind you she never told me she was precisely at the hotel before o. I no vex. I drove in

Me. I called her again after waiting for 8 mins at the hotel.

Rider. I'm coming.

She finally arrived, put her stuyff in the vehicle.

Me. Your destination please.

Rider. Can't you see it on the app

I tried explaining to her that I don't get to see a riders' destination until the trip is started. She cuts in again..

Rider. Oga go.

Me. I'm starting the trip now. Do you know where you are going as I'm not familiar with the area stated as your destination.

Rider. No

Me. Then I will follow the map. I'm sure it will lead us there.

As I was checking the map while driving to make sure we were on the right route, this rider was still complaining that I should not look at my phone while driving. I looked at her and asked her again. Do you know the route? She said no and I just smiled and ignored her all through the trip.

At the end of the trip, I helped with her bags and said thank you ma'am.

She was just looking at me. As I was smiling.

But e pain me as I mistakenly drop 5star for am. Na 1 I wan give am

If you try it, Uber will block your account, similar case happened in the US and the drivers account was blocked permanently.

US laws are different from ours. Homosexuality is illegal in Nigeria.

All these Ibadan babes that believe they’re big girls by taking Taxify..mtcheew...tchai..why did you even help her with her bag sef? You said ‘thank you ma’...why? Didn’t you deliver a service? You shouldn’t thank her for paying for a service you rendered to her! She should be the one thanking you for getting her to her destination safely. You just made her feel fly...You are a TaxifyPartner driver..not her slave...I won’t be surprised if she tells or expects the next partner driver to help her with her bag...mtcheew...slay queens ode...someone prolly even gave her the money for the ride.

I should’ve have dealt with you with derogatory words..but I wouldn’t. Mind you..there’s a thin line between ‘Pride’ and ‘self esteem’...if she had been nice/polite all along...helping her with her bag would’ve been considered a necessary gesture.
Don’t come this hard again...I won’t hesitate to yab you..if you do.

Both parties should actually be thankful. Buyer gains and seller gains as well when there is a good exchange.

Yes...provided she respected him, and was polite. From their convo...it can be inferred that she felt she could treat him with disdain....and he remained there...carrying bags and opening teeth like an Ileya ram about to be slaughtered.

Low self esteem is when you decide to lick a rude rider's shoes. Stop promoting bad habits

I had to do that because of two reasons mainly.
1. I thank all my riders after every trip. I'm used to saying thank you regardless.
2. To suppress my anger and not deflate her ibadanish ego.

Bros...I hail you sir.
During training sessions, taxify talks about the need to refer to partners(drivers) as ‘TaxifyPartner drivers’...so as to help or make partners feel better(boost their ego)..by not referring to ‘em as mere drivers...how did I know this? I was opportuned to support the trainers, in teaching intending drivers...in a few training classes.
But, on the rider app, when the driver arrives at the rider’s location..it shows ‘Your driver has arrived’...why?
