For the heart burn oyinbo say eat your food in small portions and it works for me too. But the problem i have is that i rush my food else my lo no. Dey gree me eat. Else na one spoon and i will feel like throwing up, it is well!!!!!!

I want a girl but I bd around ovulation and according to pregnancy app, it's a boy. Just scan will reveal what's what and that's in 2weeks time at 5months pregnant.

We are doing well by God’s grace.

Pls o. I’m not understanding again. It’s been difficult using the restroom, like I can’t toilet for close to 3 days now. I hard to force out one tiny thing not long ago amidst pain. I have taken blended banana, plenty water, still nothing. When pushing even get scared not to overpush.
Pls what else can I do or take?

Take lots of oranges, peel them like you would a tangerine and eat everything, either that or you suck them then turn them inside out and chew the insides.

Orange . eat orange both juice and fibers. For some veggies soften their stool. Like veggie soup or stew

We are fine ooo at 18 weeks. The way I waddle nowadays ehn it's like I'm about to give birth any time soon. As if the baby has engaged sellf Abi what's its called again. The heaviness no be here as if my baby has moved downwards

Am I the only one who has started waddling at 24 weeks? Tiredness nko? And then my baby kicks are on another level. E be like say this baby is a no nonsense mama. Lol

But mamas here, una try well but e remain kinkini. I just remembered the pain when the uterus is contracting back is is just me? The pain is the real deal. Omoni never expected it and I was so scared that I almost dropped my son. How come no one has never spoken about it or was it because I had cs?

Baby and i are doing great by Gods Grace. Though am on watchlist by the doctors. Remember i was worried about baby measuring small but all the examinations i have done are coming out fine. I also have been told to start considering the method of birth i want. Pelvis pressure comes once in a while, hoping baby engages soon. Cappo rabluk at what week can i start eating pineapple. May our journey end in bliss in jesus name.

Thank God things look fine. Is baby still measuring small? 4d pineapple i think 37 weeks is fine. U can start dates now. So what method are u going for. I de look 4inspriration 2decide too. Amen 2d prayers

I complained about it too coupled with boil there. I was told to apply Ori / shea butter to it for the itchness and boil because the antibiotics to prescribe is too strong for pregnant women

Present cappo. I'm 20weeks gone and wish the remaining 20weeks to come by quick. Can't wait to hold lo in my hand and all to be over. I'm on bed rest and lying down most time is causing pain.

May we all be clothe with strength and honour that we can laugh in days to come in Jesus name

I was prescribed canesten cream n in less than 3days it stopped. Doc didnt want to prescribe anything strong. U cn talk to ur doc abt it.

you can read on fenugreek seeds and oil...women in the North use it for firmness after childbirth and it also helps in lactation

My teamie how body? D tiredness and d heaviness I feel these days no be small thing oo but we go be alright las las
I have not started shopping oo but u can start now dat u have d energy oo.
I did not remember dat pains again sef because it was not much , I only felt it during d first week of childbirth and it was during breastfeeding time. It is nothing much for me then because my stitches pains be d real co co.
Don't think about it much God have a way of doing wonders and u might not feel it again this time.
