The new project i'm presently embarking on in lekki will be my fourth projects or fourth houses i will be constructing, and I have been engaging different people on this properties section from the beginning to the end of my projects and i will still do.

looking at the price you quoted for 4x4 tower casement window @ N28K, i have been calling my suppliers and fabricators at dopemu, lagos , the largest aluminum village in Nigeria about this your price, and they made me to know it not possible to get tower casement aluminum 4x4 windows at this price, that it was actually china imported low gauge profile, and they can proof it, i spoke with about 4 of them, and claim that the fabricator that put up that price will only end up using imported china low gauge profile, and at the end you show up with these pictures that showed the exact label of china imported aluminum profile this people are saying that china imported profile will always have, i was planning to engage you before but with this i have decided to change my mind.

I'm advcing you to always be truth to your customers or clients that this profile you are using are china imported product but not tower because if they are curious and decide to inspect all your former works and discover you are been using china profile for them and you claim is tower, you are in a big time jeopardy.

Even with this attach picture from one of your pictures you posted, pls don't take it down, china aluminum profile windows frame imported will concur that you have been using their materials and not giving credit to them.

I have decided to handover this remain part to aluminum fabricators on nairaland to confirm if your tower aluminum profile you have been claiming to sell is different or same with this picture with china imported labels pictures you posted here on this thread, because base on decade of experience in building my houses, i have get to know that tower standard aluminum windows profile will never come with label because it's actually produce here in Nigeria, it's only china imported aluminum profile frame that comes with labels.

9ja we hail thee while not referring to anyone on this site what I discovered was at times to give a seemingly competitive price some of them will install windows of less width of say 3 to 6 inches so they might quote for 4ft by 4ft and deliver 3ft8inches on one or both sides such that you then have to buy blocks to fill the gaps.

Sorry, I find its difficult for Tower Aluminum Nigeria PLC to compromise their quality for profit, as one of their former employee in engineering section where we research to developed and introduced new products, there is no room for compromise, with the robust polices and internal control quality mechanism that are in place, including government lay down procedures with regular on scheduled government inspection. Tower Aluminum that owned, IDM, Apco, Intermatch, Apex paint, Midgas, Alufoil, Towerex, Tecno tools, Aluminum rolling mill, and over 30 different other Companies and different products in Nigeria and many part of sub Sahara African will compromise? I doubt it.

However, I would have just gone for wictech Gerrard but that seems expensive. But I am scared of all these common fake tiles around. Please oh,do they charge separate price for staircase tiling and outside pillar tilling,am being told it’s a different price from the 350 per sqm. For floor and wall tiling,got me confused

But just to chip in one or two things concerning the discussion so that people will not be misinformed. Although i also do business on Nairaland and I'm not trying to block anyone's business but it seems @adeneti is right.

Oga @Adedward, the truth is there is no way a 4x4 (1200mm x 1200mm) aluminium casement window using Original Tower materials will cost you 28,000 with installation. Attached is a waybill of materials I bought last year directly from Tower Aluminium and each unit of our 4x4 window cost us about 47,000 or so..

The purpose of this is to inform the people who don't know the difference between China (light and thick) profiles and Tower profile. If you quote 28,000 for a Client another contractor quotes 48,000 naira the client would think the other person is trying to cheat him.

All I'm saying is, be truthful with the material you want to use. There is nothing like "Tower standard". If you don't buy from Tower, it is not Tower.

This same thing happens in roofing. For example, Some people quote 0.45mm "Tower standard" for house owners for 1200 whereas Tower sells for about 1700 direct from the Factory. So how did they get their own for 1200? Some clients would even call me thief because they don't know the difference.

I've been doing business here for many years and One thing my clients know is you always get what is agreed on. So, Oga, try to make your advert very sincere.

afternoon sir, you need to state the type of window you need, we have casement, sliding, projected, these are the most common types in Nigeria, also there are different aluminum products in the market with different grade and price, we have Nigalex, ebm, tower, China thick or light imported, you must also choose if you want it with burglary iron rod embedded or without burglary, if you want it with burglary embedded you also need to choose if you want it with 12mm iron rod or 16mm iron rod, all this depend on your pocket sir, because ebm, nigalex and tower are expensive compare to china thick or light imported, note the regular glasses is 5mm, reflective or non reflective.

afternoon sir, you need to state the type of window you need, we have casement, sliding, projected, these are the most common types in Nigeria, also there are different aluminum products in the market with different grade and price, we have Nigalex, ebm, tower, China thick or light imported, you must also choose if you want it with burglary iron rod embedded or without burglary, if you want it with burglary embedded you also need to choose if you want it with 12mm iron rod or 16mm iron rod, all this depend on your pocket sir, because ebm, nigalex and tower are expensive compare to china thick or light imported, note the regular glasses is 5mm, reflective or non reflective.

Yes. Most tilers charge separately for staircases not by sqm.

But just to chip in one or two things concerning the discussion so that people will not be misinformed. Although i also do business on Nairaland and I'm not trying to block anyone's business but it seems @adeneti is right.

Oga @Adedward, the truth is there is no way a 4x4 (1200mm x 1200mm) aluminium casement window using Original Tower materials will cost you 28,000 with installation. Attached is a waybill of materials I bought last year directly from Tower Aluminium and each unit of our 4x4 window cost us about 47,000 or so..

The purpose of this is to inform the people who don't know the difference between China (light and thick) profiles and Tower profile. If you quote 28,000 for a Client another contractor quotes 48,000 naira the client would think the other person is trying to cheat him.

All I'm saying is, be truthful with the material you want to use. There is nothing like "Tower standard". If you don't buy from Tower, it is not Tower.

This same thing happens in roofing. For example, Some people quote 0.45mm "Tower standard" for house owners for 1200 whereas Tower sells for about 1700 direct from the Factory. So how did they get their own for 1200? Some clients would even call me thief because they don't know the difference.

I've been doing business here for many years and One thing my clients know is you always get what is agreed on. So, Oga, try to make your advert very sincere.
