Not consensual sex. A 16 year old girl in Nigeria does not have the capacity to consent since she is a minor. Even if she said yes, and I don't think she did, it still amounts to STATUTORY RAPE. Personally I think the girl is naive and had never been sexually aroused before which got her confused. This is Statutory rape at the very least

Sex with a child under 18 years of age is liable upon conviction to life imprisonment.
