Before, when I took a taxi, I would often tell them to get a POS for ease of payment. They so laughed at me and told me not in Nigeria. Now, Uber has taken away most of their clients.

You see, there are many injections to the equation they would not tell you, the 'X, Y and Z' are what you will not be told.

This applies to not only Linda but many of the rich folks out there, they become motivational speakers without telling you the X,Y,Z and then make you get fustrated after hustling real hard with no results. The X,Y, Z could be a rich uncle, wealthy boyfriend, rich girlfriend, dating a rich top boss, government connections, Aristo, fraud...... whatever.

Point is, don't believe every crap these celebrities dish out to you especially on IG. Just pray your hustle pays off too.

No actually you must have worked for it. But what I'm trying to say is that there's no success story without an element of grace/luck/divine favour attached to it. Some work their ass off with little or nothing to show for it. While others excel without going through hard times, intense prayers and all that.

For example, ask yourself why some artistes and actors seem to blow easily while others who are equally good struggle for relevance.

And yes, I believe grace is selective. Some are born with it, some have to work extra hard to get it through prayers.

Even the very successful Jim Ovia admitted that luck played an important role in his success today.

What we always fail to understand is that she did not get to where she today overnight, there was a long trace of hustle and time that she put into her craft since 2006.
I am not a fan of her nor do I visit her blog (not that it is even going to add to her account balance), I was only against those who attribute her success to luck; like sai the luck just come meet her.
