You may still need magisk or custom recovery to flash gcam patch if it's a ported cam

Hey GM, I've been trying to unlock the bootloader of my RN5 Pro. It's been a nightmare. All attempts have been unsuccessful. Could you give me pointers.

I'd appreciate it

It seems my take got under the skin of irate MIUI stans, see all the fanboyism in the world is never going to change these undisputable facts:
1) MIUI has been copying iOS, only recently it decided to be low key about it plus changes introduced in MIUI 10 were long overdue.
2) The strategy Xiaomi is currently using to enforce uniform user experience across all of its devices breaks stock android features in recent devices, replacements for said broken features from Xiaomi are usually subpar when compared to stock android
3) It is absolutely unnecessary to still claim that AOSP is boring when compared to MIUI, just say you like MIUI n move on, no need to justify anything, else such justifications can be used against you
Anyways that is all for now, I think ... Later
All of this is true....can you rest now?
Your third point is funny....you like aosp, thats why you're pouring us spit since..they like miui but cant argue it because you feel the one you like is superior, now forcing it on everyone's throat....
Oga, sit down abeg

good to see that it's not just me thinking this way. I think they want to compete with transsion and they can't do that well if they start from the redmi notes (may feel too expensive for most Nigerian users). The go phone will be way cheaper meaning that more people will buy and again that band 28. Let's wait and see sha

Either way, there's no easy penetration into the Nigerian market.
iTel has the low end spectrum locked down with their big batteries and under 30K prices. Last i checked, had a bigger market share than Infinix. I guess that's the power of catering to the majority out there rather than the minority(upper/lower middle class) in a country like Nigeria

Even Oppo seemed promising when they said they were coming to Nigeria but now they're offering A3s with SD450, 16GB/2GB and no fingerprint sensor for 60K

I'm not sure what to make of the conditions of doing OEM business in Nigeria tbh.

Hi guys, please where can I get original Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 pro charger?

Buy the Floveme QC 3.0 chargers I sell and rest your mind. The charger even charges note 5 faster than the original charger of note 5 in that it activates the fast charging feature.

Macbey, I read somewhere that fast charging reduces battery life. How true is that?

Also, how much do you sell them for?

I can't confirm that but I know that Note 5 tends to heat up a bit (not extremely hot) when using fast charger on it. It however cools down when it's approaching 100 percent

The floveme charger is 2k

sure no easy penetration here but good feasibility study is key, xiaomi seem to be doing that based on the redmi philosophy (from what I'm seeing so far). The under 30k segment will be key to them as well and I belive they know that as well, the redmi series and the go series will surely cover that while the note series will focus on the above 40k segment.
Regarding oppo, that has always been their way, mediocre specs at exorbitant prices, bringing realme here would have been a better decision.
2019 looking interesting already wink

Don't risk it, except you're an aggressive risk taker. But if not, just wait till the next 3 weeks. Their holiday would have been over.

If Redmi Go will offer same Rom size for lesser amount then they can be talking of compete

If u want to compete give dem 2gb ram Phone for the price Transsion is selling 1gb and push different designs and model into d market.

Is it the same Infinix smart with that archaic Chipset (6580) or another one that you bought for 33k
