helinues: You just put up a SR statement that epitomises your utter lack of cognitive reasoning. Being ignorant is not a virtue. Does the NJC there mean nothing to you? Well, if your endearment is wholly to a candidate that doesn't realize he is the party's flagbearer, then there is absolutely nothing anyone can do to help you. 2 Likes |

Nigerians are Cowards~ Amaechi They will only rant online with their generator charged phones and go back to their dark houses to sleep with the mosquitos waiting for them while an illiterate rules the 'sleeping' giant of Africa like some herds of cattle in the 60s If a fela or kanu speaks up against an intending evil government children of hate blinded by tribalism and bigotry will call for their heads. But guess what they self destruct on the long run and become casualties themselves.. Viva Biafra! |

Do I really blame the man called buhari for all the undemocratic moves he has taken since 2015? No! The people I blame are the gullible Nigerians who voted for him in 2015. The NBA should do everything to resist this brazen impunity of govt not obeying court orders. The NLC and other trade unions should galvanize their members and declare a nationwide strike to protest this impunity. Nigerians should come out and be counted, and resist this. If you want your country to remain a country, this is the time to show you mean. Nigerians own this country collectively. This country is not buhari's father's property. Enough of all the nonsense. 1 Like |

Tetehjewels: Where was procedure for suspension of CJN mentioned in the constitution? The Executive headed by the president, the Judiciary headed by the CJN, the Legislature headed by Senate president: none of these heads can suspend the other unilaterally, as President Buhari did to the CJN. Your TAQQIYA handle is all over defending pro-Jihadi dictator. 1 Like |

Jaypop22:Guy, try to reduce the lie Na. NJC suspended Ayo Salami. That is the right procedure. If NJC suspended Onoghen nobody can rightfully blame Buhari. But the legal procedure is not followed here. Buhari is probably doing this in ignorance of the law. The minister of Justice/Attorney General should know better. Unless he won't listen to his AG or the cabal are using him to do it. Politicians looting billions of our money are worse than Ebola. But we do not just sack them or impeach them at will. Getting rid of Onoghon might favour your political leaning right now but Buhari will be setting a dangerous precedent. Such an impunity might not favour your political side next time when a future president follows Buhari's example. 2 Likes |

discusant: The same constitution gave buhari the powers for executive orders and he has followed the recommendation of the CCT pending the outcome of the trial of the CJN. Judicial rascality is when a CJN being tried for suspected corrupt acts is still allowed to remain in office. Obasanjo has removed a Senate president unilaterally nothing happened. Jonathan has removed a CBN governor unilaterally nothing happened. Buhari did not remove but suspended and he has the absolute executive power to suspend but not to remove. The law is sweet when followed and there is nothing anybody can do about it. Have you read Atikus latest cry? Even he knows there is nothing anybody can do about it. Its the law. Kii yaself.. And by the way I am an Akwa ibomite. Again, kii yaself |
