The fact is there is Lacuna in law in that aspects. Only court of law can give clear judgement whether its right or wrong.

The fact is, Until a court of Law gives a clear judgement ratifying Buhari’s tyrannical action, Onoghen’s actions remain valid if he chooses to go ahead with inauguration. The president cannot exercise powers he does not have.
