As the president of a nation, Will you be comfortable with a corrupt Chief Judicial Officer of the federation. Yes or No pls
[I am not refering to Onnoghen pls.] be Bold to answer the question. YES OR NO
No. But I will also not be comfortable with a corrupt Chief of Staff, SGF(even defended that one at senate), COAS, Ministers or a National leader or chairman of my party either. You guys keep acting as if this is the first corruption case in the country. The president just like the CJN must be fair and above board to ALL Nigerians irrespective of ethnic or political affiliations.

It is a sure done deal

PDP Dubai plan has been successfully aborted.

Buhari is the new political marradona of Nigeria always 10 steps ahead of PDP cheesy

Well said bro. And all the corrupt people and their supporters will be calling him a dullard whereas he's always 10 steps ahead of them at their own game. Long Live PMB.

What procedure, for him to be the judge in his own case or to report him to his fellow collaborator Saraki and Dogara. That one wouldn't work. if he want to honour himself he would have resigned 2 weeks ado.

See how his trouble started.

The day he collected 5 Billion naira from Wike to sell Judgements to the PDP in 2016.

PDP never lost any case, he was a member of the panel since 2009..

Onnoghen is a useless corrupt animal.

Onoghen has been selling cases for a very long time. Justice Kayode Eso had him listed as one of the high court judges to be dismissed back in 94 or thereabouts, he moved to the appeal court before the recommendation was implemented and survived.

That he ever became a supreme court judge is a misnomer.

The now sworn in acting CJN Justice Tanko is the second most senior supreme court judge and deputy chairman of NJC he was probably afraid of the possibility of a move by those not aligned within the NJC.

I read earlier today only 5 members need meet to form a quorum.

I contend that to have a corrupt judiciary and leave it be for the sake of not upsetting to get system is the death of the nation.

When I look back at nations who have had a revolution and have decided to rescue their country from the grip of corruption, the judiciary is always sanitised.

Look at examples in Ghana , Malaysia recently, Kenya some years ago.

Time will tell if he is clean or not...For now he is the most senior in line. Someone has to be there.

cool cool cool

What necessitated the unlawful removal of the substantial CJ and replacing him with someone whose cleanness is yet to be ascertained?

If not witch hunting, why accuse a highly placed man of an offence and remove him without due process only to have him replaced with another person who is not yet ascertained innocent of the said offence??

Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria

Th CCT Judge, Dan Ladi Umar, that recommended the suspension of the CJN also has a pending case of receiving a bribe of $1.8millon with the EFCC if Buhari did not suspend the CCT Judge , why is he suspending the CJN?
We are finished under Buhar.

That is why politics is a dirty game
it is said, when involved in politics at every level, one must learn how to avoid skeletons at all cost, or *If there must be skeleton* in the closet, then the entire closet should b buried very deeply.

i will leave you with this

Why must there be skeletons atall?

And why must the southerners closet which is ladened with skeletons of all kinds get exposed every blessed time?

And finally why must the southerners fall prey always?

That's exactly my question, they knew it from 2016 that he didn't declare all of his asset then waited till the dying minutes to indict him? It was all well planned, I am a northerner and u think Buhari is a dullard They're patient but gradually carry out their plans, this is just the beginning, I pity the other section of the country that thinks gra gra and showing sense is intelligence, until this dictator finish this country. I rest my case and shut my mouth, least I say more.

Re: How Onnoghen’s Trouble Started by chiangwar: 5:15pm On Jan 26, 2019
I will tell you since you don't know. 'it is the process of following the orders stipulated in the country's constitution'. And that was what Goodluck did, he followed the process which the constitution stipulated.
