I tell people that Atan - Ota is a very blessed place. In the next 10 years that place might be unrecognizable. Apart from Canaancity, thousands of acres of land are being developed in different parts by different developers. This would very well change the demography of the place to a more affluent one. I hope Ogun state can quickly recognize this by supporting companies, industries and churches in that axis with good roads. The taxes, land use charge that would emanate from those axis would be humongous.

I'm from Abeokuta but Ogun should leave ABK for now and focus infrastructure on border areas of Lagos.

I was born along idiroko axis! That place is really blessed!

I anticipated the bold also because there are many property developers who can't build a road to remote location for the sake of developing it who would like to just attach to Oyedepo's own city. I expect that area to develop towards Agbara industrial estate. it is like a correction to Lagos. Even Tinubu will be jittery when he realizes what around a billion USD or N400Bn is doing right next to the jungle ATM machine that Lagos has become.
Very soon it will be govt running to churches to come and act as FDI in their territory instead of the blind backlash we see daily.
l concur, that was why I invested in both lands and house around Agbara estate although the roads are bad for now but I just invested in real estate in that axis because of winners Chapel cool

Nice vision. I wish I was in a position to do same.
I can imagine the construction of a world class power system and water system going along with these great buildings.

If only the government can show the benefits of paying tax through the necessary infrastructures too.. Very soon the churches will take over this country's development.

Covenant is owned by World Mission Agency a subset organization of David Oyedepo Min Incorp. I believe Oyedepo would have thought about these things before he goes to be with the lord. But God forbid if a leadership tussle brews in winners then it might not affect covenant as WMA and winners are all owned by DOMI. So whoever controls DOMI essentially owns the universities, jets and all.

That answer still not straight as it clearly does not hit the nail on the head. Who owns Convenant after Oyedepo's dismiss. Church or his family.

If I should go by your last statement, you saying Oyedepo's family owns it since Oyedepo owns DOMI

The presence of winners Chapel and the massive real Estate investment around ota city all the way to Agbara is a good one cool

The industries, churches and schools around that area will soon be supported by the church itself. just watch!
Is it power plant we want to wait for govt to come and build or road, when the same Ogun state govt couldn't build few KM of roads critical to Agbara industrial estate?

the useless Amosun is busy building fly over even in some dead villages in Abeokuta, beat that!! no one can beat his thinking, and they left major areas and industrial part of the state unattended to , shame on him

You should be more concerned about who owns Nigeria that you pay tax to. Dangote does.

I see no one here complaining about tithes or offerings, this is very unusual. Many have forgotten this is a church project.

we are not redeemed to be peasant but to be a partaker of the inheritance of the kingdom. John 1:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Thank you Jesus!

Well that question is probably going to be answered when Oyedepo jnr is about to hand over. As it is now Oyedepo jnr is directly in the succession path. So it would be unclear who owns the university until a non biological successor emerges in the future of winners.

Hope u get my point, because oyedepos son is taking over we won't know for sure who owns the uni.

Alagbe, Akute comes to mind easily here.

I think the dream should be how to connect, Sango, Alagbole, Akute, Mowe, Ibafo down to Sagamu interchange (I daresay Sagamu sef) into one big Megapolis. Don't forget on the other side of Sango is Atan leading up to Badagry.

These areas are the future of Ogun State. Abeokuta will have the honour of being the capital and seat of power, but these places are going to be the cash-cow.

In the case of Oyedepo's dismiss, is Convenant University the property of the church or Oyedepo's family?

Same with Redeem also.

This facts need to be outlined before they answer deaths calling .

The city mall is expected to serve all of the 15,000 homes being built in the city. Apparently, the church called for designs from the covenant university department of Architecture and this is likely a favorite for the eventual construction. The lead architect is a post graduate student of CU

God will surely use me for greater projects like this. That has always been the prayer of my papa Bishop David O. He always prayed wholeheartedly that we will take over from him and go higher than him.
