US embassy is not Trump or Obama. It’s just like Nigerian Embassy in US issuing statement on the government shutdown. Is that not ridiculous? What concerns them with the government of the US? Is that what they are there for? US embassy or government has no power or say in another sovereign nations affairs. Not to talk of common embassy officials. This is not even a whitehouse statement.
