I don't discuss rumors, onnonghe is not a politician!

He's a civil servant!

If you have any fraud allegations against any Buhari's family, take it to efcc.

He is a civil servant but the CJN position is a political one.

Which is why he must step aside to be probed.

It's so sickening bro
Guestlander:

I'm sure you can see a pattern here. Someone is accused of corruption, some Nigerians for whatever reasons will come out to defend him. But they will never mention the facts of the case, rather they will make a vague list of others who are also corrupt.
With this type of logic why should any criminal be punished at all? For every armed robber caught there are probably 10 more that got away why then do you still hold armed robbers?
This is the logic of those who ruined Nigeria.

Leave this probe thing. Those charging him are more corrupt. It's just politics. Besides if they want to probe him, let them follow due process. Say all the executives gave themselves immunity while in office. Why can't they extend the same immunity to other executive positions?

I can't leave the probe, it's the probe that brought this up in the first place. if those probing him are corrupt, sponsor an investigation against them. This is on Onnoghe.

Yes, I agree but it should be done lawfully.

The best route it could have been done was frustrated by the Ex CJN.

you think buhari was not advise by a learned SAN before this decision?

is njc a court?
this is the first time a cjn will be remove,
and is unconstitutional for cjn to be a judge in his own case,
the standard Rule across the globe, is that,
for you not to be a judge in your own case, you step aside.
You guys are clowns. Why hasn't the SAN(s) that advised him come out to bare their mind on the issue. CJN's removal is constitutionally laid out. If you feel he is a judge in his own case, amend the constitution. NJC's role is embedded in our ground norm, or was it pulled from your anus?

cjn can be remove according to the constitution through njc,
but njc can not involve in a crime commited outside the court.
if cjn kill you, which is a murder case, should njc led by himself entertain your murder case,?
is he not suppose to make himself available from trial court to appeal court before supreme court, and if he get to supreme court, cjn will step aside from your murder case.
cct is like trial mandated by constitution to entertain all public officer case of asset declaration.
the constitution did not tell us if njc should investigate your murder case or to be verifying asset of public Officers.
pls let us be objective and remove sentiment.

Did the CJN kill? The rule says misconduct. Non-declaration of Asset comes within the purview. Any misconduct by an erring Judge is first tried by the NJC. the NJC isn't there for nothing.

Besides, the Constitutional right to presumption of innocence still enures in his favour. You and Buhari already have found him guilty.

Who even checks Buhari? En Ministers don declare assets? Where en son see 50M take buy bike? Adeosun did not resign till months after Nigerians had wailed, so why cry the CJN to resign immediately. Remove the log from your eyes first.

you must be kidding,
adeosun honourably resign for common nysc, her nysc does not affect you and i, but she resign,
and you said cjn that is like GOD, who suppose to leave above board, to be holy like GOD, and he has be selling Justice which affect you and i, you said he should not step aside, even if he does not resign, just to step aside like for 2wks.
back to the main issue.
it is the constitutional duty of cct to verify asset, not the duty of njc,
asset declaration is not misconduct to be investigated by njc, it is breach of constitution, it is criminal act.
and the constitution empower only cct to do it.
if president steal, is it the president that will judge himself,?
if the Senate president steal, is it the Senate president that will judge himself,?
is it not the judiciary that will judge both arms of govt?
or will fec investigate the president for asset declaration?
or will the senate investigate the Senate president for asset declaration?

cct is to verify every public Officers of the three arms of govt.
I rest my case.

they rejoice for they say they have conquered the security agencies and can get them to do anything, they rejoice for they say they have conquered the INEC, they rejoice for they say they have conquered the judiciary, our last hope! They rejoice for they say they now knock on the door of our last symbol of democracy, the Parliament

The CEOs of all levels of Nigeria Judiciary are now from same State(Bauchi), same ethnic group(Fulani) and same Islamic denomination(Sunni), viz:

1. CJN - Tanko (he doubles as head of Sharia judicial system in Nigeria)
2. President, Court of Appeal - Bulkachuwa
3. Chief Judge, Federal High Court - Kafarati
4.Director General for the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria-Aliyu Bagudu Abubakar

NOTES:
1. The CCT Chairman who "ordered" PMB to remove the first ever CJN to hail from the Old Eastern Region is also a Fulani Muslim.
2. Attorney-General & Minister of Justice is also a Fulani Muslim
3. EFCC Chairman is also a Fulani Muslim
4. Fulani Muslims also head the other two arms of Federal Govt (Executive and Legislature)
4. The Fulani (who arrived Nigeria from Futa Jalon in 1804) make up less than 5% of Nigeria's population
