naijapips04:Are you serious - a mere ‘asset declaration!!!’ He is by law required to do that - declare all his assets. He broke the law and as a law layman isn’t that a crime. Professor Osinbajo has his own law firm and was making money. He was never a judge but instead a practicing lawyer. Key Difference: A lawyer is a person who practices law, whereas a judge is a person who presides over the law. ... It is the job of a lawyer to advise their clients in all aspects of the law. They may also prepare a case for their clients and argue it on their behalf in a court of law. A JUDGE MUST BE IMPARTIAL and above board. He can decide the fate of any case. |

jantofubu:Jobless man like you supporting corruption. You think Buhari is the reason for joblessness, people like Atiku and Saraki made you jobless with their looting. |

halhassan1:Its not false declaration its total ommision and last time I checked the penalty for omnmision is to admit and update which he has done so in reality there is no case whatsoever, even CCT laws do not penalize for ommision. |

naijapips04:Shut the crap. Nobody is disputing Onnoghen as a thief but he shouldn't have been removed by the president. Really It claimed that Onnoghen owns “sundry accounts primarily funded through cash deposits made by himself up to as recently as 10th August 2016, which appear to have been run in a manner inconsistent with financial transparency and the code of conduct for public officials.” |

stiles009:Buhari does not have the basic requirement to become president (waec). In a sane country, he would have stepped aside, allow the issue to be resolved. |

| Re: Onnoghen: BVN Reveals More Accounts by neyobills: 1:28pm On Jan 27, 2019 |
bojobulege:So in your mind Onnoghen who has been a supreme court judge since 05 can't do any private practice, its only Osibanjo that can own a law firm in your mind,FYI Onnoghen is light years ahead of Osibanjo in all strata and he himself knows that. Onnoghen declared duly declared his assets in 2015 before he became CJN,your grouse was that there was an ommision in 2009 which he admitted so don't make it look like he didn't comply with the law. |
| Re: Onnoghen: BVN Reveals More Accounts by stiles009(m): 1:32pm On Jan 27, 2019 |
crisycent:He should, if found guilty. But was he found guilty by any court of law? Was he suppose to step aside for every allegations made against him ? |
| Re: Onnoghen: BVN Reveals More Accounts by neyobills: 1:32pm On Jan 27, 2019 |
renewa29:Oh really but the CJN is a local charge and bail lawyer that doesn't have a law firm for private practice, so Onnoghen who has been a supreme court judge since 05 and probably been a judge before Osibanjo was ever a SAN can't justify his source of income?how convenient? |

naijapips04:Osinbajo. A judge? Are you alright sir? |
| Re: Onnoghen: BVN Reveals More Accounts by Nobody: 1:57pm On Jan 27, 2019 |
neyobills:You really are disgracing yourself online. Just look at your statements. You can't differentiate between a sitting judge and a high-priced private-practicing lawyer. NL is overrun with children. |

naijapips04:Well, the corruption case just started. As soon as Onnoghen admit that he owns the Money, the next interrogation will be how and where. Presently the EFCC, ICPC and other bodies must have been working to crack the hole to know where those monies came from, with the hope bunch of them comes from PDP members, which am sure. But as Patriotic Nigerians who want freedom from corruption, we need to judge Onnoghen from Moral perspective, not from a legal angle that can compromise either by corruption or legality |
| Re: Onnoghen: BVN Reveals More Accounts by neyobills: 2:11pm On Jan 27, 2019 |
5thElement:Oh really going by your narration a high priced practicing lawyer must definitely be richer than the current CJN who has also been a Supreme court judge in the Gambia, how convenient ?You want lawyers to be rich but judges adjudicating be miserly poor,is there any logic in your thinking index at all? |

ogbonti:I have come to understand that only frustrated Nigerians living in US behave this way. Trust me I know. And for your information I am a US citizen with an american and Nigerian passport. You talk like someone who is still dazzeled by finally finding himself in US. It's no big deal. You should know that the real people enjoying the American dream dont make noise. I am in Nigeria for a project and will be here for quite a while. Plus for all you care I can be in the US tomorw. But you dont see me ranting about it like your sorry self. Pele. |
