The private component - I think where they will be given free land - gok has acquired I think 5000 acre or more from Portland cement - for KSHS 15b - and that is the land private sector will be given - with understanding they will sell the houses cheaply on completion - less than 3M kshs.

You are correct. Nairobi is the only major city where slum population continues to grow according to UNHabitat. The problem is that rural urban migration in your country is mainly about Nairobi. You need to develop other cities and towns to stem the tide.
