Thanks for checking up on me cappo, I'm fine now, my symptoms have eased up abit too but still dealing with bitter mouth and INSOMNIA. I only get to sleep from 4am to 6am everyday no matter how hard I try to sleep.

This too shall pass.

I've done my first ultrasound scan too and doctor said everything is fine with us.

yayyy!!!!!! those too will phase out soon, yet to have my ultrasound and i tell you i can't wait to have it, keep bubbling jare

Cold drinks should be avoided,as much as possible.
From 14weeks depending on the scan machine,or personnel.

The tape measures also according to baby position, down etc,if the scan measures baby well, please take one big bottle for me.

From all results my doctor is saying i might be carrying a small baby. As long aa your baby is fine in there pls dont develop HBP oh. It is well. Is it the same doc that did the two measurements on your clinic day.

maybe you should check another hospital. A general hospital preferably . A second opinion matters. As long as the scan is reading correctly and you feel good movements plus heartbeat is solid then there is no need to worry. Just check somewhere else.

It happened the first time I took it then the pains stopped when I continued. Last two days, I skipped it because I have been busy only for me to take it today and the pain na die I now cleaned my nipples because the whitish thing coming out is doing me somehow. Mama the pain that followed ehn and we're just 15weeks o
The second problem is my lower abdomen. If I touch it, the sharp pain I get also ehn . All this is making me want to port to February by magic o and DH is far from me, no one to cry too. It's Not easy but it'll end in praise.
I nominate Habbeyoluwa as our cappo o me no get power or strength. Enjoy your August

Pls take a chill, all is well. 2.5Kg is minimum weight at birth so imagine how much weight Lo will still gain and he/she is only adding till birth so watch what you eat if you don't want big baby
