2 issues gone by.

Kadaria asked Atiku about Intels. How could he start a clearing and forwarding company while he was a customs officer.

Atiku cites the indegenisation decree which allowed public servants to buy shares in foreign owned companies.

Kadaria says that it wasn't an already existing company that he bought shares in, rather he and Volpi started Intels.

Atiku stated that he bought shares in Intels.

Kadaria said that Intels has a monopoly in certains ports and this was set up when Atiku was VP.

Atiku said that Intels is not a monopoly and he lists other companies that are performing similar business.

Kadaria said that Intels has a monopoly in oil logistics at those ports. Atiku said that it's not true and that Kadaria should have done her research.

Kadaria said she did her research and the information on his company's website says that it has a monopoly.

Atiku says that information is wrong

Atiku a customer office, created a company that been collecting port levels for 17years.
