Then again, there is no law that says you cannot keep money or owe one. But as a public officer that must be seen to be upright especially for the fact that you are the "LAW" itself makes this case a bit pathetic.

Danladi is probably enjoying immunity which Onoghen can't enjoy, say because the former is a secred cow.
Its even more disheartening to have the SACRED COW sit on allegation of corruption and purportedly make an order that his superior should vacate office on grounds of mere allegation. While his corruption allegation is not called yet.

The NJC is the only body that disciplines judges in Nigeria and not the Federal judicial service commission.The FJSC has absolutely nothing to do with the disciplining of judges.

Justice Onnogen's suspension by Buhari is null and void and will be rightly declared so by the supreme court.Thus there was never any vacancy.In that same vain Tanko's purported swearing in as the Ag CJN will also be nullified.

Wrong - you are very wrong - but I can't help your ministry, as I have pointed out those that are statutory responsible for this act - I repeat the NJC is just a self regulatory body recognized by the law for the purpose of disciplining/managing judicial officers for offenses or wrong things they do during the "dispensation of laws"- according to the constitution- if not for the NJC, a judge can decide to lock someone up, just because they don't like the person demeanour or based on perception

To be honest with you. There are no saint anywhere in this country. A guy once said "if Jesus had to come to earth again He will find Nigerians very hard to succeed with". Why? Its a civil case and not a criminal case in the first instance and last time I checked there is no crime in lodging $10k in your account every min as long as the funds are not proceeds of crime,however if u feel otherwise then bring on proof.

NJC elected an interim chairman. Which was not Tanko. Tanko has few days to respond to the query on why he made himself available for swearing in when a substantive CJN was still available
