so i used the gym for the first time on friday and since then I've been in pain.My biceps are hurting and they are kinda bent. Please is this normal?? Will the pain reduce with time?? How can i work on straightening my biceps??

Truth of the matter is that as a beginner you have more pain coming your way, but as we say, no pain no gain right? As you go on with your trainings the pain will only be temporal to ur workout sessions. As of the bent arm, a bad workout posture should be responsible for that, u can go online to check out a good posture for arms workout especially barbell or dumbbell curls.

I trained hard again nd again when it happened to me. But ur body adjust well nd heal up after a couple of it.
