Christian Lunacy To Blame For My Son's Death---father Of John Chau by Niflheim(op):
OtemAtum warned you............................but you never listened!!! cry cry cry cry cry

FULL STORY:

The father of John Chau, the missionary killed on North Sentinel Island, gave a biting interview to The Observer. In the article, Patrick Chau blames the “extreme vision” his son held about faith and blamed the movement for his son’s death.

The article is a lengthy outline of the life and death of John Chau. He’s described as a child that loved adventure and became obsessed with travel after finding a book about Robinson Crusoe. Chau grew up in a Christian home and attended Christian Schools.
His parents belonged to an Assemblies of God church, and he embraced the church and their teachings. Chau became interested in missionary work and immersed himself in Evangelical culture. He mainly believed in spreading the word of Jesus to save people from hell.

In November, his illegal trip to North Sentinel Island garnered international headlines after the remote tribe killed him. Chau arranged the trip over several months with the help of Evangelical missionaries and local fisherman.

Chau attempted contact with the tribe three separate times. On his third trip, the tribe killed him with arrows. The fisherman saw the tribe dragging Chau’s body along the shore later the same day.
Quickly following his death, Christian groups attempted to martyr him for doing “God’s work.'” However, his family remained relatively quiet in the days following the death. They issued a statement saying, “a beloved son, brother, uncle, and best friend,” who “loved God, life, helping those in need, and had nothing but love for the Sentinelese people.”

The story catapulted the world of missionary work into the spotlight. As stories around the globe analyzed and scrutinized the choice, Chau made to visit the reclusive tribe.
When the Observer connected with Patrick Chau over email to discuss the death of his son, surprisingly, his father had less than flattering things to say about his son’s missionary work and the form of Christianity his son followed.

Patrick told The Observer that his son died as a result of having an ‘extreme’ vision of Christianity. Even though Patrick graduated from Oral Roberts, a Christian College, his sentiments on religion seem to have changed over the years.
In one exchange, Patrick referred to religion as “opium of the masses.” He also said that he didn’t want to hear anything positive the reporter had to say about religion. According to Patrick, his son’s eccentric Christian views caused a rift between the two men.

Patrick refused to speak about his son’s missionary work. Instead, he blamed the missionary work and belief system for killing his son.

It is a funny world. And the funniest thing is that the Jew he did the unthinkable for couldn't safe him from the secluded tribe.

The earlier these people realize that their mental disorders can't do anything tangible in the real life, the better for them.

More reasons you will never find a Daddy Go and their sons in aggressive areas, they will rather travel and send their kids to pastor in UK, US, or Paris branch....... OH! They also need securities in moving around while they preach Divine protection to their underlings.

A sad world
