Cole will be on the ballot as it stands, because Cole was the faction recognized by the National body and by extension INEC list before the early court Judgement. So invariably, he still enjoys the stay of execution until another Supreme court says otherwise

And by the way have they reminded the public of the matter in contention? If the appeal court asked APC to continue which faction is it referring to? Did you listen to Magnus Ibe's lawyer when he clearly stated that the Amaechi faction misinterpreted what the stay meant. Clearly if APC goes to election and let us assume that they win, they will most certainly be thrown out by the court.

2) Inec to restore the names of candidate.

court technical grant the first pray and not the second which means in the interim, APC has no candidate until the supreme Court verdict says otherwise.

Haba, there was no vacuum before the High Court judgement nau, because the Tonye Cole faction was already recognized by INEC.
